When I go to check in on the app, they type their name and then hit search, but the name disappears with no box to click. The grid view is working for check-in, but not the other. I did the most recent update, powered off, and rebooted to see if that would work, but it did not. Anybody else having this issue this weekend?

Having the same issue. Is there a way to reboot? One iPad is working properly, but the other goes to search for the person and comes back to the search screen with no name entered. In the register s new person section none of the fields accept an entry and there are no required field stars showing. The working iPad is a 3 the non-working iPad is a 2.
This is a glitch with older versions of Safari, which are on older iPads. We are looking into it and will update as soon as possible!
Having a similar issue on an android tablet. The grid view allows us to check in students but when we try to search for names nothing comes up. This has only started happening this week. Any help would be appreciated.
