TOTAL TEAM TWISTER Twister is a fun party game, but in this fun twist on the game we will see which squad is the best! Download Slides WHAT TO GET TWISTER. You will need to get twister sheets or make your own. If you are going to make your own just google a twister game and paint on a tarp the correct number of circles to make the sheet. You will need one sheet for every five-seven players. WHAT TO PREP THE SPACE. Make sure you have enough space to lay out all the twister sheets you need. HOW TO PLAY SPLIT INTO TEAMS. Split your group into teams. You will need two players for every twister sheet, make sure you put enough players on each team. Have two members of each team stand next to their twister sheet. You will want to make sure you split these twister sheets by gender. TWIST! Set a clock for a predetermined amount of time. On “Go,” start calling out body parts and colors. Make sure to keep the pace going quickly. If a player falls or can’t keep up with the caller they are out. Players can be strategic on where they go on the sheets to make it harder for the other teams. At the end of the set amount of time, the team with the most players still playing wins! PRO TIPS The key to this game is energy. Make sure the host is going quick, but not too quick. Get a lot of moves in before the timer finishes. Have adult leaders watching to make sure no one is cheating. If a student falls too far behind the caller, call them out.
